Therapeutic Exercise?

Therapeutic exercise consists of treatment through a set of specific exercises, designed and prescribed by the physiotherapist according to the individual's injury or need. Therapeutic exercise may include strengthening, mobility, stretching, balance and cardiovascular exercises, tailored to the patient's individual needs and abilities.
